Herbal remedies are used to treat vaginal infections. Nirgundi Oil for external application, Neem capsules, Gandhak Rasayan, Pradantak Churan, etc., are used for the purpose. Diet modifications help to alleviate vaginal infections. Foods with low glycemic index are advised (whole grains, leafy vegetables, etc.). Sugar and sugary foods should be avoided. Regular exercise, sleeping early, yoga and breathing exercises are also beneficial and will help to alleviate the condition.
